Interesting topic! Does the DOJ/FBI have any legal jurisdiction in any EU country if a EU website with servers in the EU sells to a US customer without 2257?
Would be weird that EU citizens need to comply with US legislation, I always thought that the laws of the country where the servers are located are applicable in case of .com domain names e.g. Piratebay |
