Its not whether you have a customer... its whether you sell to the US market.

However, Agent Joyner indicated at the 2007 XBiz Conf. that he did not believe the DOJ/FBI would be traveling overseas to perform inspections.

Interesting topic! Does the DOJ/FBI have any legal jurisdiction in any EU country if a EU website with servers in the EU sells to a US customer without 2257?

Would be weird that EU citizens need to comply with US legislation, I always thought that the laws of the country where the servers are located are applicable in case of .com domain names
