Hungry doesn't owe me anything. But he also doesn't own that design. I do. Well... Vegas does now. The design has been sold to Vegas. I'm out of the loop. From here on, Hungry will hafta deal with Vegas and however Vegas chooses to handle it from here.

I already publicly apologized for being an ass to you steve. It's at the top of the thread. But aside from that, the fact remains.... most of what you just said is true. However, it's not much of a partnership if I'm getting nothing from it.

The reason I flaked on you was because after 3 tours and a members template, you wanted even more work, and I can't live on $0.00. I had to move on to something paying and I told you as much at the time. So I'm not real sure I'd call that 'flaking'. But I don't think that dissolves the deal. The deal was for a percentage. Do you deny that I never saw a dime for anything I did for you?

I can look at things from your perspective. It's easy to be excited about your site, and new work, and new goals.... I understand.

It's also easy to get very frustrated when you're doing work and getting nothing from it. That would be my perspective. Try and see it for a moment.

I let this go on for a long time. Out of respect for you. Plus the fact that I knew you were having personal issues with your family. I never hounded you for money, because it seemed you had enough to deal with already.

But now.... it appears that you're doing pretty good. You've got back on your feet, made some new advancements and things seem to be looking up. If someone is looking for a sliver lining here, it should be that everyone has learned that if you do work or have work done for you, send them an invoice, or ask for one. If you enter into a partnership, get it on paper.

That way there can be no misunderstandings.

2 things i have noticed since first coming to this board:

1. There have been tons of post these last couple years that make one question SNOW's reputation when deciding to push any program he's involved with.

2. When Amp blows up, he REALLY blows up, and on occassion he has apologized in someway the next morning.

what have i learned? I choose not to promote anything involving SNOW and try not to piss off AMP.
