If you're a rap fan you will love this movie for the music alone. If you wanted to know more about the history of Biggie then checkout the documentary "Biggie And Tupac". If you want to be entertained then this movie is worth checking out.

Plot
----
Based on the story of Christopher Wallace -- better known as gangsta rapper Notorious B.I.G. (played by Jamal Woolard) -- this insightful biopic chronicles his troubled life as a drug dealer, his artistic success and his unresolved murder at age 24. The film also delves into his close friendship with Sean Combs (Derek Luke) and the famous feud with hip-hop rival Tupac Shakur (Anthony Mackie). Angela Bassett portrays Biggie's mother.

While this film may have entertainment value I do not understand why people like this are looked up to.

If life was a game, I'd consider these two individuals, " Biggie and Tupac " to be pretty big losers.

they made more than most will make in their whole lifetime they were gifted but had inner demons like most people do:2 cents: R.I.P. Biggie and Pac:thumbsup

Watched it last week, and really enjoyed the movie.

I meant giving up your life as in being dead like those two did. I didn't mean giving up the lifestyle as Jay-Z did.
