WTS Established Niche Tube Site

The site is about a year old and gets around 3.5k visits per day. Doing around 6 pageviews per visit now. GA access is available on request.

Site runs on predator and is highly modified as you can see to include more social functions.

Site is just breaking even making around 300 which is used to pay up the for hosting. Site is hosted on a couple of servers. Site does not need two servers and they are under utilized, but I think this is the best configuration to run predator. It is redundant and balanced.

The site converts college programs well but needs more traffic to make more money. I believe my ratio is 1:615 for sites like collegefuckfest.

Around 3-4 people sign up on the site every day. We have about 300-350 members now.

The reason I'm selling this is because the site requires a good amount of work and money to expand and take to the next level; two things that I am currently out off.

Most of the sponsored videos are legal and documentation is provided by Sponsors. Everything else with no sponsor was obtained from tubes on the net.
