Question for Panty site owners

Hi - I have a question for panty site owners :

How do you ship them?

Many of our end users ask to purchase used, wet panties from our girls but we have pushed this business aside in the past because I always thought it was illegal to ship panties by mail or fedex due to bodily fluids.

And are their laws about shipping this kind of thing to certain countries or states?

You can ship bodily fluids as long as they are sealed proof.

Sealed proof? Like a baggie?

As long as you are not selling them on ebay, I would think it is ok to zip them up in a baggy and mail them through the post office in a cheap little brown shipping bag.

And what a great way to get popped with a federal offense and obscenity charges. :thumbsup

NEVER use the USPS or ANY other Federal resource for something questionable like this.

It is against the law almost worldwide.

You will be shipping bio hazard material even if sealed.

Some people do it but be warned of the risks...and heavy fines.

Those are hard facts .:thumbsup

There's a story where a cam girl or something sent hers.. and between the time they sent and arrived... her and the client had a falling out... so he alerted the police that she was sending the c-to-the-p word to him..

And cops fined her like $250,000...

I think she ended up settling and pleading down.. but not sure.

I know some phone girls use UPS or FedEx..
But it's never been worth my time.

Actually it was the FedEx legal dept that gave me the info :winkwink:

"It is illegal to use the postal service of most countries for such items or any major courier unless you state the item and then it will be declared "Bio Hazard Material " and has to be handled as such " .."Failure to declare leaves the shipper open to prosecution " Blah Blah....was the basic advice given.

In the U.S several girls were charged with shipping a bio-hazard and faced up to ten years.
leave it alone Mark.
