Is that possible for PC or Mac?

Since I can plug 2 modems into 2 USB I would want to know if I can use one connection for uploading files to the server and another connection for downloading other files from other servers or just watching youtube?

if your have multiple network devices, i remember there used to be an option somewhere in network connections "bridge connections" which would make them work in parallel as one
