Looking for something to convert 3gp files

My new phone saves videos in 3gp and I am looking for something to convert them to 'normal' files. I have looked around but not sure what is best to use and free would be best. Any suggestions?

Theres also some online sites that do this, if you dont have to many to convert those are easy to use too. Lemme know if you need some pointers, and i will gladly post them for you :)

If you could point me to some of those links I would be grateful. It will only be a file here and there as I would normally use the video on my digital camera which saves to avi.
