What would be the best set up for a starting tube site?

That depend on way too many factors to allow me to make such a generalization. Starting traffic, CMS software, encoding/conversion, DB management, storage arrays, etc.

The complexity ranges from the simple to the insane. ICQ me and I'd love to help get a feel for your operation and make the best recommendation possible. :)
