In Astral Blue we will run a rotating banner system at the bottom of the page. Inside the members area. It will be used to promote sites the members might like to join. The number of shows the banner gets will depend on the following;

Whether the site is promoting us.
And how well it promotes Astral Blue.
How good the site is for members.

Hit me up if you want members traffic.

The banners will not go onto the tour.

Not sure if this would work for a free site, but if anyone has an opinion I would listen.
