I use Twitter and I follow one dude who bangs out a URL every 10 minutes

If you sign up to twtad It pays you per click on the ads and will only allow you to post 3 ads per day per twitter account I tried it on two of my accounts and earned $0.56 in about 10 min so if you had say 20 accounts and did the same thing it would make you something like $11.20

There are other ad networks which allow you set the number of ads sent per twitter post magpie is one of them
