yes.. a good 10-20 pounds, lost too much weight over the past few weeks/months, and im alrady skinny... any tips? or shall i just eat like a pig for a few days??

lift weights and eat a lot of protein. muscle weighs a lot. also eat like a pig. if you have to you can take weight gainer shakes. check any local gnc for some.

i got the same problem..

i can eat for days, and i wont gain an oz.
when im at the gym, i just tell the fat people i used to be fat like them until i started eating at Subway.

A Steak a day for 8 weeks and workout maybe gain 15-20lbs but you must workout harder to make sure it turns into muscle not so much fat cost $1400

we'll stay off the drugs for now... i haev hella fast metabolism.. thast prolly why i burn so muchof it... but i need to keep abit of it..
btw, eating mcdonald and harvey's everyday won't help, i used to do that in the summer.. mcdonalds almost twice a day for 2 1/2 months, didn't put on too much..

sounds like the typical daily meal for someone who is 250+ lbs

i used 2 laugh at the fatties when i worked fast food whod super size a combo with a dbl chzbrger then get a DIET COKE

most people complaining about not gaining weight and saying that they already eat a lot, actually dont.

i have met a lot of people like you, and believe me, you people dont eat much at all.. before i cut down my food intake, i would eat two footlongs at subway, or 2 double whooper meals at BK, or a 3lb steak in just one meal.. only way i wouldnt gain weight was to swim 50-60 miles per week, and i bet you dont burn that many calories anyway..

just eat a lot and eat healthy..

Do the opposite of the low-carb diets.

Eat lots of bread, rice & potatoes.

You'll be a fatty in no time. No joke ;)

If you drink anything (water, soda, anything) make sure its room temp. Otherwise your body will burn calories converting it to room temp.

You could also drink some regular ensure. If you drink like 3 of those a day on top of eating tons of bread/rice etc... man. You'll gain 5lbs a week easy. =)

asuna it depends on what kind of weight you want to gain muscle or fat...but since you are a short guy it would be easier to put on muscle then someone who is taller...i dunno why that i s just the way it works.. here is a sample diet from my club if you want to develop muscle

work out. space out your meals and make sure you get 20-30 grams of protein every three hours. thats about 5 meals a day. if you're not eating that many meals you might not need a weight gainer shake. all depends on how many calories you take in.

or you can go on the famous flyingiguana diet. 3 times a day visit a different fast food joint. you'll gain weight in no time. :thumbsup

the easiest way to gain weight: go in your basement, smoke a shitload of pot and down a couple of boxes of cereal. a good one like reeses peanutbutter puffs. do that every single night for about... oh a month. you will see! its like magic!
