	i can eat for days, and i wont gain an oz. when im at the gym, i just tell the fat people i used to be fat like them until i started eating at Subway.  | 
		
 Steroids is one way, 8 week cycle of sust and deca (search the engines) and workout and gain about 35lbs mostly muscle, cost = $1500 
	A Steak a day for 8 weeks and workout maybe gain 15-20lbs but you must workout harder to make sure it turns into muscle not so much fat cost $1400  |

	i have met a lot of people like you, and believe me, you people dont eat much at all.. before i cut down my food intake, i would eat two footlongs at subway, or 2 double whooper meals at BK, or a 3lb steak in just one meal.. only way i wouldnt gain weight was to swim 50-60 miles per week, and i bet you dont burn that many calories anyway.. just eat a lot and eat healthy..  | 
		
 I used to eat 5 meals a day + breakfast and the heaviest I got was 138lbs - I don't worry so much about it now - people call me skinny - I call them fat.

 Do the opposite of the low-carb diets.  
	Eat lots of bread, rice & potatoes. You'll be a fatty in no time. No joke ;) If you drink anything (water, soda, anything) make sure its room temp. Otherwise your body will burn calories converting it to room temp. You could also drink some regular ensure. If you drink like 3 of those a day on top of eating tons of bread/rice etc... man. You'll gain 5lbs a week easy. =)  |

 work out.  space out your meals and make sure you get 20-30 grams of protein every three hours.  thats about 5 meals a day.  if you're not eating that many meals you might not need a weight gainer shake.  all depends on how many calories you take in.   
	or you can go on the famous flyingiguana diet. 3 times a day visit a different fast food joint. you'll gain weight in no time. :thumbsup  |
