If I am not mistaken www.dialxs.com offers both.
SMS, phonelines, CC, direct debit, prepaid cards all with stats and high tech real time xml/aff. tools.

Based on latest info I received adult is still not allowed, furthermore any services running is subject to approval and that can be messy as well.

For your European SMS needs we can cover it, for USA I'm not gonna touch it since I guarantee our payments regardless of status of the payments :winkwink:
