A DOG was filmed being beaten and kicked in a sickening attack ? by a girl aged TWELVE.

The schoolgirl was seen kneeing, slapping and stamping on stunned springer spaniel Jasper in the 13-minute film.

She whipped him with his lead, then stood on his tail with one leg while kicking him with the other.

The girl is seen kicking the pup 14 times, kneeing it 26 times and hitting it with its lead eight times. She slaps it 17 times and stamps on it ten times.

Last night Jasper?s owner Ray Green, in his 60s, choked back tears after seeing the horrific film. Mr Green, who uses a mobility scooter, had let the girl ? the daughter of a close pal ? take the 18-month-old dog for walks.





I hope she gets the shit kicked out her fat ass when she goes to school. Surely someone will do it. After all, the only punishment it looks like she's getting her is being "grounded", and not allowed to get a puppy... :disgust

Here in America they take taxes from home owners for juvenile detention centers. I know I pay for them, she should be made to suffer punishment for her actions. if not, she will continue to do this.

Ya the laws should be changed so that animal abusers, no matter the age, should be made to suffer the abuses they put their animals through. People would think twice before doing shit to their pets. So disgusting.

I love dogs much more than people and can not even watch such a video. Before we all stone the little girl however we should keep in mind she is only 12 years old and obviously has some problems. At that age it seems like we ought to try and help people get better as opposed to throwing them in a cage. If she was 22 I would propose a bullet to the back of the head. At 12 I say get her some help.

he should take a still shot from the video of her abusing the dog and make a flier with it stating her name and warning people not to allow her to watch/walk their dogs. Then pass them out, and place them in the local store windows and other public places

The fact that this girl has probably been doing this a lot to that dog, and if the filmer never caught it, that dog would have most likely got fed up and turned back and bit her, and instead of anyone knowing WHY the dog bit her, it would just get put down, and the owner probably sued by her lazy fat parents, then the dog will be put up on the list of other dogs who've attacked people for "no reason". :disgust

Courts can choose to charge the parent(s) with the juvenile detention center fee. I know because I lived in one for 18 months as a child. They made my mother pay for it. I cut school because I was depressed and wouldnt go to school because my father had died and I got picked on for having a dead father. Plus I didnt know anyone as we'd just moved to the area. The wisdom of all these actions escapes me even today, but it was what it was and thats that.

Whipping her bare ass with a metal leash seems appropriate to me.

I understand a little as i would have struggled to stay in and not go out and do something about it myself, but i sure wouldn't blame the person who filmed it. It was possibly an old man who wouldn't have been able to do much anyway. He himself didn't want to be named so that tells you something.

I couldn't watch the whole thing, it actually made me sick to my stomach. Not only does that girl need to be punished legally for her abuse but also needs major mental help. There is something very wrong with anyone that would abuse a helpless animal like that.
