Should I code a tube script
 

I need a new project to resell to some wanna be pimps..

So should I code a tube script or is that script only used for illegal aliens in the country?
I dont want to feed trolls, just myself. by charging an enourmous amount for it.

My script will be the biggest baddest admin friendly script on the planet completely customizable and actually useful and scalable, complete with hot link protection, and a administration center that actually geared to getting things accomplished.

It will be so good you will stick a bumper sticker on your car and get tattoos of the script name on your elbows and penii.

But it also will cost about $1-3,000 bucks as I dont sell chicken scraps, err scripts.
So not sure anyone would actually buy it if it was there. Not enough peanuts in the world to scape up.... I live a high life, and my sluts cost bizzank

Anyone looking for a real script to run a real site?

There's a fuckload of tube scripts around already, but if you can beat them all I'm sure many (including me) would be willing to pay that price for it.

If you do make sure that you can use FTP to upload the videos... most of the tube scripts make you do it through the admin... damn even Sexshare back in 1999 let you use FTP!!!!!!!!!

There's always room for more scripts, and better quality ones to force either the already players to upgrade, or strengthen.

I say go for it, charge what you think it's worth, but a Hint, you don't really need to set a variable for a global variable, they are global so you don't have to set another variable, it's just a waste of coding space.

Honestly, I have no idea what you are talking about. I only hope that your code and logic is not as scrambled as your thoughts. In my opinion, you should not create a tube script because you have little chance of selling it at any price. Instead you should learn what tube sites need and provide that. For example: ActionScript. All tubes need a reliable, custom made flash player and there are not many on the market right now.

Uhm, no, sorry I hate you. Custom flash players are whats needed? No, they are not only a dime a dozen, some of the more well known players such as JWL or whatever has custom skins, and flashvar api's and all kinds of neat stuff, including google analytic support, with incredible data on the players and where people click on it etc themselves....

Unfortunately I know a little to much about what a tube site needs these days Being in development for long time now based off guess what, Every other tube script we tried.. All have flaws, whether too dynamic, no support for real growth, insecure, impossible to administer or even upload just a few media files... They all have massive weaknesses and little strength.. Not too mention just a headache to use.

To be honest, in a high traffic tube site, the flash player is actually a bottleneck in some circumstances, in regards to that extra fluff that may be needed, like the 100kb XML feeds constantly being read in.

The Tube script shuold be able to support whatever flash player and input you want, and ours does.... will come with a default, but purely customizable in any way you see fit.
