i'm not sure if it works but i take it before i fly just incase. next time i pick up a dirty hooker, i'll be sure to do the same.

Get a flu shot, you'll be better off than airborne

My wife and I take it all the time: flying or driving, whenever we're going to be around a lot of folks / sick people at cold and flu season; or just when we're feeling a bit run down. It works for us.

I took it before AEE and didn't get sick at all this time. I was also sanitizing my hands like a madwoman though.

I have found that Emergen-C works alot better for me
