Passion, man. I love what I do. Most of it doesn't even feel like work. You know you've found your calling when you'd do it for free. I just dig being able to get up every morning and get paid to learn something new, network with people, try out new things, etc. It's awesome. Time flies. Then I look at the clock it's time to go to bed :)

don't you want however, to dedicate your time also to other passions?
arts/sports/books/partying/travelling, you name it..
the world doesn't evolve around internet or the IT sector, heh
just a genuine question, obviously everyone has didfferent values, interests and priorities
I just know, I wouldn't want to spend 16 hours per day in an office, even if I was the boss, and even if I enjoyed the work a lot...
