Props to NatNet hosting
 
Often this board is used to make negative remarks. We love to tell sponsors, biz partners,hosting companies or competitors to go fuck them selves.

When there is something good we tend to keep it to ourselves and see it as normal.

In my opinion that is not right. The good things should be named as well and Nat Net is an excellent thing that I refuse to take for granted.

Just moved everything over to them recently (well cavecreek still use for our cdn) and I must say their support is amazing. Very happy, and they made the transition bearable, instead of the nightmare it usually is. :thumbsup

Hi Pat,

Good to know, I was already doing a bit of research because in 3 till 4 months I need a good provider in the US for our new project. I've finally assembled a new tech team and within 2-3 weeks we are going to code.

Keep you posted about it and for sure in time I will contact them :-)

I think NatNet *undersells* how amazing they are.

Never having to worry about things and being able to focus on our business has been a godsend.

NatNet just rocks. Their support is amazingly fast and always friendly. They will do anything to solve possible issues and my server runs very smooth like all the time. This is hosting on a higher level for sure.

So a big bump ;-)

we've been with natnet for many years now. their support is excellent. a lot of times they tell us we've had a problem and fix it before we even notice it has occurred.

I've been with National Net for years. I love them. Every now and then a company comes along and does it just right. National Net is one of those few companies.

I was talking a friend of mine yesterday and he was telling me about his "new" hosting company. He was happy that he could put in a work order and get a response in fifteen minutes. I told him he would be stunned by National Net and how quickly they respond. I swear to god they must have like a dozen people just sitting around waiting for tickets.

wow! i was impressed couple of minutes ago. their customer support rocks! i submitted the ticket with a task to set up a new domain, and 3 (THREE) minutes later i got a response that it's already done! :thumbsup for natnet!

ditto on NatNet... there servers are fast and support is very fast. The best thing that I can say for them is that they put up with my shit with a smile. :) We have multiple servers with them and I make quite a few non-standard requests from them for server setup... they are always prompt to fix any problems and are great to deal with. Many times I have had Tomas call me on the phone to make sure that the support request is done exactly as I want. :thumbsup
