Beer Can Turkey {Pics}
 

Fresh off of the success of my beer can chicken -- I did a beer can turkey this weekend :)

Followed the advice of the board, and plugged the neck hole with a whole garlic clove -- which worked a treat :)

It tasted delicious -- and I served it with a gravy made from the drippings and beer.

Oh I guess I should ask if 1 can of beer gets you drunk?
Then will you eat the whole turkey fast enough to get everything, plus the drippings.

PS - no the alcohol does not cook out of food like people love to say, often most of it stays right there and is then eaten, but shh. they will stop serving certain foods to kids and mormons.

I should have done this, but time was working against me. Next time, and I am sure the taste will be very worth it.
