Arsenal VS Chelsea

FA Cup the worlds oldest club competion semi finals. Kick off in about 45 minutes.

Who is your money on? I would say Arsenal going by recent form but but injuries have hit the back line hard, missing 3 first team defenders.

its about time one of these teams win somthing outside of england.. i totally thought chelsea was going to choke against pool.. great game

Blazed 04-18-2009 02:53 PM

Pretty shit match, although Chelsea really should of made more of the fact Arsenal were missing 4 of their first choice back 5, and the reserve goalkeeper Fabianski was a bag of nerves the whole match.

oh i didnt see this one, i did see the goals tho, i was talkin bout the liverpool game.

shit ud think the top teams in europe would be able to have two top starting lineups just incase, take real madrid for instance, they totally have no bench, and their first team isnt great either.

now that i think of it, who does have a good bench.. maybe inter but they are hell chokers when it comes to europe.

Arsenal have been plagued by injuries all season, attacking wise there is a lot of cover but defensive wise it is thin, but that is Wenger for you.

kmanrox 04-18-2009 03:07 PM

i dont even want to talk about it.

LoveSandra 04-18-2009 03:45 PM

This is a great football play

Speaking as a life-long Chelsea supporter, Arsenal may have injury problems, but they have always been a bunch of cocksucking arseholes.

Every Cheleas supporter I have ever had the misfortune to meet say exactly the same thing...which is rather strange considering in 1989, their average ground attendance league games in the season was 16000...and in 2008 it was 41000...

seems they gained an additional 25000 "life long" fans

The fact you have to say "life long" speaks volumes. And funny comment considering who plays for Chelsea, Drogba, Ballack, Kalou, Cashley Cole, Terry these are some of the most hated players in the league for cheating/diving and generally being douches. But thats whayt ou expect with a team of money grabbers, and thats why Chelsea lose £80million every year.

PornoStar69 04-19-2009 04:07 AM

Fuck all you Arsenal/Chelsea bummers - Manchester United FUCKING RULE

Talking of Utd, Ferguson is going through his very own version of "Squeaky Bum" time. He's lost the plot completely.....probably wearing incontinence pants by now as every time he hears Liverpool or Rafa's name mentioned, his face goes bright red and his eyes bulge out likes he's doing a shit or something

Yes, there's a lot of new Chelsea fans since Abramovitch bought the team.

And I wasn't going to see them in '89 as I was living in San Francisco then. I was a fan when CFC lost to Spurs in the '67 FA Cup Final, and I was a fan when they beat Leeds at the FA Cup Replay in '70. I used to go to the Bridge regularly in the early 70's, standing in the Shed End--I even took one of my sisters with me pretty often. I ran on the pitch after the last game of the '77 season, when Chelsea won promotion to the First Division. I used to take my Dad to the Bridge in the late 70's and early 80's for pretty much every home game. And the week before I emigrated to the US, I saw Chelsea play twice--once at home, and once at Leyton Orient's ground--CFC were in the Second Division then. I've even flown to NYC to see them play at the Meadowlands, and scalped tickets ($300+) to watch them play here in LA against the Galaxy in Beckham's first game for them. And I get up at 4AM sometimes to watch their games televised live from England... and I'm really not a morning person.

So, speaking as a life-long Chelsea fan: Arsenal are still a bunch of cocksucking arseholes.
