I've never heard of it, but doing business with someone who only wants to be paid by it.

Anybody have anything to say about it?

I've used it many many times with Canadians and also Filipinos and Americans. Good service, fair prices too.

I've used it lots of times to pay designers. I messed up once, and paid in the wrong currency, so I canceled that one, and re-paid the designer.

Much to my surprise, it was very easy to do the cancellation, and I got my money back from Xoom pretty quickly.

I have used it a couple of times as well, no problems with sending and canceling/refunding.

i've used it tons of times. work's fine never had a problem. i've sent wires over it, paypals, and some other way i forget.

Yep Xoom is a good service. It is used worldwide like Western Union but the sending fees tend to be cheaper.

Workers from the Philippines tend to use it heavily because of the limited service they have received from Paypal in the past. One of the criticisms are that recipients complain about being screwed with the currency conversion rates.
