The Henson Foundation is just as severe and serious as Lucas Arts and Disney when it comes to protecting their 'Public Image' and will sue not only for infringement but straight up damages that will break even some of the most successful.

Um. Not every use of a puppet infringes on Muppet copyright. I know I am sensitive to intellectual property stuff, but I think you're going too far. There's no CP connection, nor is there a copyright infringement on the muppets... Unless that puppet is specifically based on something copyrighted.
