Is this idea disturbing enough for my neighbours?
 

My neighbours upstairs play the same music 8 hours
of the day...

So my idea is that I will play
what they
just played 'before they
changed to a "new track".

Will they get the message????? :warning

Just talk to them about it. That's what I would do. If things do not change, take additional measures.

them especially if they already annoy you.
Unless they decide to crank up the volume I guess.

I would call the landlord, if that didn't work I would call the police.
