Before someone says that "Christians do bad things, too," let me point out that generally speaking, when Christians do so they are misbehaving and Church leaders will criticize and disown their actions. I think what disturbs the west is the deafening silence on the part of major Muslim religious leaders, who seem to turn their heads the other way.

I noticed that too everyone keeps on saying Islam is the religion of peace, then why dont we hear any condemnations from Islamic leaders, only praises for Osama

Do you read alot of Muslim media? Do you watch Arab news networks?

If you rely on CNN and MSNCB for your news, I am not surprised by your "revelation".

I dont hear and read about the Taoist reaction to it either. Does it mean they have no opinion? Or I just havent heard it?

Where exactly are all the peaceful Muslims we keep hearing about?

Actually I do watch Arab news daily and with the exception of the Hezbolla news station Alamar it is pretty objective, often more objective than CNN.

This still does not justify the use of God as a justification to kill others who do not believe as you do. To quote a rather ordinary street thug, Rodney King "why can't we all get along?"

The unfortunate answer is that politicians thrive on external conflict, it redirects and focuses hate externally instead of on their failures to deal with domestic issues. Nothing new here, read The Prince.
