Anyone heard anything about the almighty Steve?

I'm thinking the people who have stocks and can make or lose millions based on any such updates..... they might care.

Yeah, like me. I got their stock at $70 last month and now it's at $122. This recession rocks.

Yeah, AAPL shares took a hit when they made the announcement that he would be taking a break from day to day operations. Steve Jobs and the faith/confidence people have in him plays a big role in Apple's fortunes. That's their big challenge.

I haven't heard anything hopefully he's ok.

Id guess if he passes, that the stock will drop a big amount. IMO would be the time to buy in to it. The company (even though I in large can't stand them) will run without him at the helm, and stock is bound to come back up within 6 months at most. :2 cents:

I think Steve has done a great job and hope he is doing well.

I think he dies the company will die with him. He makes all decisions and apple failed miserably when he was gone.

There are no other managers, executives or anything at that company, just the people making the actual computers, so without him no decisions will or can be made, it will just crumble and shatter into pieces or maybe even explode.

That would be the best time to buy... and why I'm so interested in finding out.

He's going to sell Apple to Microsoft on his death bed.

Cause it's a good company and this only shows how much people love their stuff to do this well in a recession.

Steve Jobs is a sick man. That's why he and his doctors felt it was necessary for him to take a 6 month medical leave and that still remains all that is known.

I'm no apple zelot, but did you forget just exactly how badly Sculley fucked that company? No Jobs - no koolaid. No koolaid, no krishna koders.
