Best Place for Selling Domains?

Forgive me if this is answered somewhere already, but I'm new so it's possible I may have missed it. (Though I did do several searches to see if it had already been answered and didn't find anything)

I was hoping to find out from everyone where they thought the best place to sell adult domain names is. I've been having issues trying to find a good place to sell about 20 or so adult domains, and unfortunately just missed getting into a live Moniker auction for adult domains in January. Since then I've found that a lot of places like Afternic don't even allow adult domain names on their sites. Sedo doesn't seem to get me anywhere with domains unless I shell out to get them featured, same with SnapNames, etc.

So, I have tried things, just haven't found the combination that works best for adult names. Which is why I've come to you all for help figuring it out!

What are your thoughts/experiences... where's the best place online to sell adult domains?

Which site is the fastest?
Which site tends to sell at higher prices?
Which site has the best mix of good price but fast sales?

Is fixed price or auction better?
Reserve or no reserve?

etc.
