I always get an eel and tuna roll and then we do a third and maybe a fourth roll of a random choice. The best way to eat sushi, I think, is as a community. You order a bunch and everyone shares... really lets you experience new things that you otherwise never would have.

I'm pretty much up to sushi 5 days a week now. I never get tired of it, and I love going to new cities and checking out what they got. Found a couple good places in Henderson, NV and Long Beach, CA this past trip.
