heheh and about 3 times the price.

We went to the movies on Friday night. The owner of our local Jag dealer was in watching the Bond movie.. he had a blue XKR and a pale green Vanquish parked out front.

2 year waiting list for the Aston

Fuck that, rather get a fuckin esclade and run cars like that over with it.

Seriously, I've not liked the jags much since they became "fancy Fords"..

I like the early 90s jags a LOT - they're long as hell, low, and if you get the 2 door convertible they are absolutely beautiful.

Nice, about time Jaguar made a decent looking sports car. All there other ones don't do a thing for me.

That one has a nice presence to it, a refined agreesiveness. I like it.

And it irritates me, maybe because I don't fully understand, but just because Ford bought Jaguar doesn't mean Jaguars all of a sudden suck... It isn't like they fired all the employees, and transferred over the Ford staff... It was simply to own a part of a higher-end market..

Oh, come on. I don't much like her flabby tits, but she's sexy in all other respects. The OTHER chick in the movie is the one to see, though. Rosamund Pike as the bad guy's assistant. Wow! I want her so bad...

Too bad: While it's safe for an established female star to appear in his movies, it's generally her career's kiss of death (but from Bond, not Mister Goldfinger). The list of unknown Bond Girls who sank into oblivion after appearing in a Bond flick is long. The list of those who went on to become something is rather short. Jane Seymour and Maryam d'Abo (and even she is appearing mostly in minor projects).
