Do you use freelance services for your sites?
 

I needed some robotic like work to be done - and pickup GAF site...as bigger and better I hope but all people which bid on my project seems that don't know simply English!
I was spammed with what they can do, but not what they can do for my project.
I picked up one Indian guy and now I hate all Indian freelancers because him! :321GFY
He ruined my project, ignored all my messages and when I try to explain him something in plain English-he just repeat as robot non sense answers! It seems English is hard to be understand. I'm mad about just throwing away my money for nothing!

What is your experience?

Depends on where you post your project I guess... For example ScriptLance.com seems to be full of cheap Indian programmers and buyers who'll always pick the cheapest bid. I offer my services at RentACoder.com, and I think that both buyers and coders work on a more professional level.

Just stay away from people who are posting template bids.
