A terrible nightmare and can't wake up...
I had a nightmare last night, that I was about to get blind on both eyes...
I couldn't see in my dream, it was very blurry and when I looked in a mirror, I could see red strains and scars in both eyes. My family told me later that I was going to see less and less with time. :( I remember moaning out "Why Me" --- :helpme All along I hoped it was just a dream several times, but I couldn't get myself to wake up. How annoying isn't that? Knowing you have a nightmare and can't get out of it. lol So if anyone can give some tricks and tips on how I can wake up when I have one of those silly nightmares, I be forever thankful....:winkwink: |
congrats :)

If you can get yourself to understand your in a dream, you can also get your brain to change the subject matter - much easier than waking up.

I shake my head, helps sometimes...

relax...it's the stress to blame. so find a way to escape the stress.

Try to turn it into a good dream
that usually works for me |
The best dreams/nightmares are the ones that you think you've woken up, only to realize something isnt right and youre still dreaming....kinda like that 1408 movie based on the Stephen King short story.

nightmares sucks :)

Try to understand what the dream is trying to tell you about your conscious/everyday life and gradually you'll find a way out of those nightmares.

What could that be? |
If you know you're dreaming, just start turning in circles really fast in your dream (spinning like when you were a kid). Should be a new dream in no time.
