It's because they filter out short clips. They put in effort to make sure teaser movies aren't allowed, only full length movies. They are actively making SURE they have full length stolen clips so to upsell people on their monthly membership.

I think tube sites should legally have to check out all content that is uploaded and verify before allowing on their site. There must be some way to be able to hold them liable. I think it's time for sponsors to join up together to battle against shit like this.
