watch part 2 of it, i dont know if its out yet or not, i got to see a preview copy of it but this was over a 6 month ago so im guessing its out now

I keep watching for that but I haven't seen it anywhere.. The first one was a good documentary. It's pretty amazing that it was a woman that controlled so much of that back then and the fact she was so ruthless.

They're making a feature out of it with Johnny Depp.

I ran into the one of the main guys (not the pilot, the one with the mustache) at a gas station in Hallendale about 3 months ago. He is out of jail already and looked exactly the same. Was driving a new caddie.. must have some $$ stashed away :)

I watched it recently on Showtime I think it was. Quite interesting. Who knew a woman was behind so much of the coke trade in Miami.

I've downloaded but didn't see it yet! Good to know is a good one! :thumbsup

I can't believe Griselda Blanco is still alive though! They said that as soon as she was released from jail she would be killed once deported back to Colombia but there was a recent picture of her in Bogota and she looked fine.

Do you think she's still dealing? Has a lot of money stashed away somewhere? At one point her fortune was worth over 500 million!

What do you think she's up to these days? I'm very curious to know. They should do a follow up show to see what she's been up to after being released from prison.

So does anyone know how Griselda Blanco is doing? She's been released and been in Colombia for years now but still alive and hasn't been killed yet. Do you think she's still dealing? Has millions still stashed away and living the good live in Colombia or broke now? I know she's still alive because there have been pics floating around of her at Bogota Airport. I just wonder how she's doing, what she's doing? etc I am very fascinated by her.
Can anyone guess! Come on.

Watched this last night, and it is a quite excellent film :)

Highly recommend it.

MSNBC just did a good interview with a guy in California that had about a $50M a year pot importing biz in the early '90's. He left a notebook in a Denny's and was done.

Cocaine Cowboys 2 is also a great flick. I enjoyed it more than CC 1

I watched both parts again last night.
Amazing documentary.
I thought part one was hilarious and part 2 was more serious, but not less entertaining.
Hands down the coolest movies I've seen this year.

Well worth it. I watching parts 1 & 2 and enjoyed them very much.

Made me laugh when they asked the guy how much money he had spent, and he just looks bewildered, shrugs, and says "$50 million I guess..." This is the same guy who had to bury the cash in his back garden because he had so much of it LOL
