FLV Question for Mac guys
I'm using Final Cut Pro to cut all my stuff, when I send it over to convert it i get the best quality with full sized MP4 but damn the size sucks. Whats the best way to get my videos from FCPro to a quality looking FLV?

You can use ffmpegx if you want a free solution but I always found the results to be not as good as some of the commercial apps.
I have used Flix from On2 in the past with very good results. Quote:

You can experiment with the the custom settings for mp4. Try lowering the bit rate (data rate) a bit or increasing key frames. Play with it a it until you get a good balance of quality and file size.
The encoding engine for FCP isn't the best but still far better than some of the free solutions. I use Episode Pro for all my encoding, hit me up on ICQ if you need some setting recommendations. Sinclair |

Flash comes with something called "Adobe Flash Video Encoder" or something to that effect. It seems to do the job for me. There's also FFMPEG.
