maybe you should take pics of her indoors where you can control the lighting better. Taking pics outdoors (especially on a sunny day) is a pain in the ass. Do some indoor and post 'em

There is no one catch all 'porn'. If every guy surfing for porn wanted the 'porn look' then there would be no market at all for amateur porn..no market at all for ex-girlfriend stuff. if you were to take any sort of random, objective poll... i think its safe to say that the consensus would be that she is very overweight and not overly attractive. she would be "normal" if overweight and unattractive was the norm.
