Just an FYI for Alien Bees
 

For all you shooters out there. Yeah, I find myself behind the camera once in awhile and have actually been paid for it. Bet ya didn't know that or perhaps didn't care...

Anyway, had some $ sitting in my Epassporte account, so I needed some stuff from Alien Bees (Makes MonoLights and the like...). I call and ask if they can acccept Epassporte, Sales says sure. Place order, then get a notice of a 10% sur-charge for an international order, then told they can't accept the order... Kinda jerked around. Unusual cause I thought Alien Bees had a very good rep when it came to customer service.

Not so much a bitch thread as to let ya know to move your epassporte to a bank and then to Alien Bees.

This has to do with Epassporte being a electronic transfer only I think and maybe something about address verification.
