I watched the film, apparently in his prime, he alone, per year was costing the british government 2 times what it cost to run 1 whole high security prison per year.

The film said that he got naked, sat on a police officers face, tied him up and face painted him into a clown before beating 4 highly armed officers to the ground and then slapping the govenor before getting brutally beaten with a bat.
