An apology to remove your content.
 

A few weeks ago I posted something about remove your content how they needed to step up their efforts. My partner was handling the communication between they and we, and, well, lets just say I'm more in tune with things than he is. After corresponding with Eric, we got to understand each other better, and the communication breakdown was lifted. That's all it was really. After showing him which places are repeat offenders and what to look for, they have been on them like a swarm of bees. Eric, I owe you an apology, and I am glad that there are people like you in this industry who do this with such passion and fervor.

Yea I was wrong. But the board that was hitting us hard was able to avoid their searches. Once i pointed that out, all was good. I was mad that they were missing that, but, i guess since no one was on it telling them, how were they to know. So, no one was at fault really, it was just a breakdown of communication. in these types of situations you need a 1 on 1 relationship with your vendor; that wasnt being done prior to me taking this over. So, in essence, it worked out for the best, which, ideally, is the desired result.
