Anyone use Cricket Wireless broadband? Review?

Does anyone have the Cricket Wireless broadband for their laptop. Tired of trying to find a WIFI spot. Looks pretty good, only $40 a month. If you have a review, LMK!:thumbsup

No one uses Cricket?

They just started but it's cheaper than my contract service and Cricket is no contract.

They say unlimited but if you read the terms it says it will limit you if you go above 5 gigs a month. But at least they don't charge for overages. Sprint and Tmobile both charge per meg over and you have to sign a 2 year deal.

I might check it out.

When I still lived in Dayton, Oh I bought my ex's daughter a Cricket phone since it was unlimited talk for like $45 a month, but the service was atrocious. It constantly dropped calls and half the time she couldn't call out on it because it would give her an "all circuits busy" message. I'm going to guess that the wireless broadband would be worthless if you travel a lot, since Cricket has very limited coverage...

I thought that might happen. But don't services like Cricket or Virgin Mobile, Boost, etc just piggy back on the major carriers? You would think they would run the same. But maybe Cricket is cutting corners.

Cricket does NOT piggyback on anything....Once you leave the local area, your phone will no longer work...

Cricket is a phone company that preys on lower income people with bad credit......You can find a cricket store in the hood almost as frequently as you can find a liquor store here in Milwaukee....They're EVERYWHERE....
