Wordpress meta keywords and meta descriptions
 

All in one & platinum SEO will let you use categories for meta keywords.

Headspace will let you use tags for meta keywords.


What plugin will let me customize each single post page? If I can't enter whatever I want will any plugin at least let me enter "%post_title%" so each page has its own page title as a meta keyword as well?

If you have All In One Seo installed, scroll down to the very bottom of your post in the admin (edit post) and click the "All In One Seo' field there.

It lets you update the page titles, descriptions, and keywords on a per page/post basis.
