How much does a website recolor/reskin cost?
 

I have a dating site and my members are complaining that its ugly lol. I have black on top, blue on the sides and white in the middle.

Im looking to have it recolored and possibly lightly reskinned.

I have no idea what something like that costs, if its $50, $500 or $5,000.
It would mostly mean just changing the colors on 2 css files, there are very few images.
