New level for who? CCBill or the rest of the industry?

Scotty.T 04-02-2009 11:13 AM

Interesting. If the changes are as good my new Sky HD menu system, I'll be happy :)

Scotty.T 04-02-2009 11:16 AM

Actually TheDA has a point, is this just CCbill bringing itself up to date with the other affiliate systems?

I need to look into it more. A welcome change none the less.

Sebastian Sands 04-02-2009 11:20 AM

A Universal Affiliate ID.. now we are talking.. So I can promote ANY ccbil based program with just one ID.. I like that

collegeboobies 04-02-2009 11:21 AM

That crap system requiring 3 things to login really pissed me off, why i never used them or any site using ccbill more than a few months

Sebastian Sands 04-02-2009 11:26 AM

Let's see if CCBill will open a thread for Q & A's.. I have some questions, and I am ecstatic about this. But want to know a couple of things.

Sebastian

Just_Dave 04-02-2009 11:49 AM

going to check this out

pinupglam 04-02-2009 11:54 AM

It is indeed a good thing -- the only real drawback I can see is that webmasters can't directly promote their affiliate programs on places like GFY. You have to basically tell people to go to the CCBill system and do a Google-like search for your program and that's how they find it.

Puremeds-J 04-02-2009 11:57 AM

Sounds Interesting!

pornguy 04-02-2009 12:19 PM

I know a LOT of people that will move on this.

Nice work CCBILL.

moeloubani 04-02-2009 12:38 PM

woo looks way better than the old one, and one affiliate id = finally!

CarlosTheGaucho 04-02-2009 12:45 PM

Damn, ccbill at it again, time to upgrade again

Klen 04-02-2009 12:50 PM

Well i would love to see things like unpaid money stats, when checks are sended, option to change payment details in control panel without sending papers, more realistic stats etc....

MrDeiz 04-02-2009 01:39 PM

great news. can't wait to see it in action?

Already have our request in to switch to the new system for www.StickyBoxBucks.com I think this is going to be huge from the demo's I've seen so far. :thumbsup

Dcat 04-02-2009 02:58 PM

why can't you do a framed redirect to the search results

tommy72 04-03-2009 03:55 AM

sounds great!! after making worldwide online checks possible this is the next big thing which changes a lot.

huh?

i haven't looked at the demo yet but why would a webmaster HAVE to go through the CCBILL system to find your program? With the one universal CCBILL affiliate ID that covers all sites/program set up under the new WMS why can't I go on GFY and tell people to go to MUTTBUCKS and see the sites to be promoted, read what my payout is, grab promo content and link codes and that's it, they already have their universal affiliate ID.

the Google search thing is just an added bonus for site/programs - if a webmaster wants to promote a certain niche/fetish he can find sites using CCBILL's WMS with their search tool.

am I wrong about this?

nation-x 04-03-2009 05:35 AM

I think it's pretty stupid that CCBILL didn't train any of their support staff (except tier 2) in WMS before they launched... we won't be switching until this is completed. :2 cents:

I think verotel worked that way too.

Mutt 04-03-2009 05:57 AM

i was amazed when I saw the announcement yesterday morning in the Admin - what a weird decision to make such a major announcement while they are busy hosting the Phoenix Forum.

If you have ever worked for a corporation you would realize why this was done... the marketing department had sway in the decision because they wanted to market it at Phoenix Forum. I have found that alot of times marketing departments put the cart before the horse. :2 cents:

NaughtyRob 04-03-2009 10:12 AM

Can't wait till they upgrade me!

AdultSoftwareSolutions 04-03-2009 10:14 AM

Looks promising. The 1 ID looks promising. Having to create accounts for each program I want to sign up to is annoying and tedious. Wonder if it will automate that.

burntfilm 04-03-2009 10:20 AM

nice to see this!
