They were desperately trying to sell it for a long time, so not sure if they succeeded.

Definitely the format has changed a bit to push more on the sales pitch, and they also lost some traffic to the competitors where it's easier to jerk it off.

2. They win and Redtube remove all teenrevenue's videos.
