30.00 an hour is kinda steep for Indian Programmers.

15.00 an hour is the going rate over there. I can put an ad on CL and find 100 of them that will work for 10-12 per hour.

I'll hijack this thread in the name of a native English speaking programmer. I don't do PHP work though, only .NET (bash away).

You do need to explain your programming abilities, if you want to work as a fucking programmer :disgust

For potential customers it's pretty damn important to know what programming languages you know, and how well you know them. Not explaining your skills is like trying to find work as a translator without specifying the languages you translate to and from.

He has Donny as a mentor. What did you expect?
