Legaility Of Homemade Porn Sites?

There's some huge sites out there that offer memberships for homemade content. How legal are these? I have a a niche in mind that no one has got yet, but I worry about the legal aspect.

The stuff is homemade, so there's no copyright filed on it, and it is downloaded freely from the internet. So can one charge other people for it?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Great Site Here!

If you purchase homemade porn you still have to have a release that is 2257 complaint. As for copyrights, you dont have to copyright anything you dont wish to. And you can give it away or sale it if its yours so long as you follow 2257 rules.

That's excatly what i'm thinking, but there are HUGE sites out there just slinging homemade content they don't own or have records for. So what legal ramifications are there? What is a guy who has a 5 minute webcam going to do to a site that has his video on there? He made it, sure, but he also uploaded it to the internet.

Im not 100% sure what you mean but think i sort of have an idea. The guys who dont follow 2257 compliance can get in trouble but it is a matter of theres never a cop around until its you running the stop sign...

If you allow others to upload there cam footage or stuff like that to your site you will in fact have to have them fill out the proper paperwork. or you will in fact face legal ramifications. Homemade content is a great niche and if you have an idea run with it just be legal.

Legality has to do with whether or not you have rights to the content, models are over 18 and 2257 records. Just because it is free doesn't mean you can take it off the internet and charge for it. Many things are free and are still copywritten. As far as homemade / amateur, that doesn't make any difference for legality.
