How about sign language? Make a loop with the thumb and forefinger of your left hand. Make a fist with your right hand and extend your index finger. Then present them to the person you want to fuck and make an in-and-out motion until they either consent or punch you in the face.

I will never forget being taught various such phrases in sign language. I was blindfolded at the time. Very sensual.
