Inviting reps: interested in our effort to kill some illegal tubes?
 

Will be posting the complete story of what our effort in getting the adult business a bit healthier again (and killing a chunk of the illegal tubes) is, but im already inviting the better quality reps to actively be part of the whole concept.

If you have 3minute(and up) teaservideos, in whatever niches, and can supply us with the right banners to go with them, i will setup everything to get you uploading in notime. All matching banners, to the right sites you own and upload videos for, will be surrounding the videos. Clean as a whistle.

(ps. if you read xbiz, you might have come across it already, but please dont discuss it here yet, as i will be making an official thread about the concept tomorrow)

i think that before some of you fucking idiots get too far ahead of yourselves, you might want to consider the civil liability you open yourselves up to by calling someones business "illegal" just because you don't lilke it, when you know the law (safe harbor/dmca) is on their side.

furthermore, you are openly stating your intent to harm someones business which is a whole other issue completely.... depending on how that happens. but sadly, like many here with such intentions, they've themselves opened themselves up to considerable legal liability by libelous attacks, showing a clear disregard for the protections the laws afford an user uploaded tube site, for the dmca process and showing an attitude which won't play out well in court.


how about this... before getting up on your high horse, thinking you're on the high moral ground trying to slay the tube dragon for the good of mankind... you guys stop. shut your fucking mouths. discuss things in private with attorneys and BEFORE you even say a fucking thing on a public forum, you ask yourself "how can this statement be used against me"

i guess its all pointless to explain to someone who's never been in court before fighting frivilous lawsuits... but trust me... when YOU attack.. you'll get attacked. and it will be in ways you never considered or even dreamed of and your pie in the sky dream about protecting the planet from evil will come quickly crashing down when you're suddenly defending yourself in a $10,000,000.00 lawsuit because you decided you were going to destroy someones business.


i'm not talking about the thread starter... i'm talking about the fact that this shit happens again and again and the sum net effect is that so many actionable remarks are usually made by the guys thinking they are doing the right thing that anyone who decided to get anywhere near them in simply opening themselves up to major civil liability.

This thread is not aimed at another discussion about whats illegal or not, although it isnt to hard to conclude some things. Im only talking for myself now, so dont get offended, just my opinions :thumbsup

I did indeed say "killing a chunk of the illagel tubes", i dont think you can take that as blackandwhite as im going over to set their building on fire. I think 99% of the people in here know what i mean, when saying that. I really dont have a clue where you got all into that so seriously, but please, read between the lines. Dunno really what to say to that.

We arent trying to get up on any high horse (although we REALLY have a feeling our concept is already working, and by the looks and quotes of some of the best reps of the best sponsors around, THEY think its a REALLY good start) but we are all pretty fed up by the way some things have changed our adult envirenmont. And yes, maybe its pretentious to say that we think we can give it a huge start. What would you rather have seen? Me saying "ah well fuck it, we put 7 months of fulltime work with a team in it, we probably wont do shit, but lets post anyway"? We can all stay around and complain about it, and you can even call someone who is really sticking his neck out and gives it a try to "make things better" fucking idiots who should stop all efforts but, isnt that the wrong way around? Maybe a bit of backup would fit good.

Constructive criticism is always welcome, but i think the way you just attacked me (again although you say you didnt want to offend the threadstarter im taking this into my account) is coming out of the blue.

Maybe its sundays, maybe you had a bad mood, or maybe i struck a nerve somewhere. But your talking the wrong way around if you ask me.

The "skim" is there because we need money to too continue this program. But where people will only be sending traffic to illegal tube sites not only skimming their traffic but also earning from the banners on the embedded videos, people have the oppurtunity to get 50% of these views from us. I hope you see the benefit of that, because most of the webmasters that i talked to do see that benefit and are sick of other tubes and are now changing their embeds from them to us. I hope you dont mind us trying to make money from it too :thumbsup:winkwink:

I am sick and tired of do-gooders telling everyone else what they can or cant do.

I knew i should have been making a different title to this thread haha. I dont think we will ever get back on topic in here :) May i hit you up, would like to hear your opinion on some things.

Well everybody involved and really knowing what this project can do for them, and im not talking about "killing illegal tubes" which got out of hand already, is thrilled about it. And i have been talking to a lot of people for a long time the last months. Im sure when i will make the official thread which explains what we do, how we do it, and what other features we have that others dont have, it will all be a bit less negative. Untill then i will again talk to as much people as i can, and i wont be ignoring the people who post negative comments either, lets talk! :thumbsup

Dunno where im telling anyone what they can or cant do, im trying to convince webmasters to use our service. And while they are doing and enjoying that, the sponsors that are getting involved in it are really positive about it. Would you rather have nobody try it? Hit me up, and lets talk and see what you really think when i explain what we do.

Hmm lets see embed videos from megaporn where I get no traffic to my sponsors from the player or embed from oneclicktube and get 50% of the traffic to my sponsors. Not that hard of a choice if you ask me :2 cents:

That link is all over oneclicktube, it kept coming up on top of videos with a caption regarding webcams. You can worry all you want about making money, but it appears you aren't on top of things when the first few links I run across go to nothing.
