Question for SEO Gurus - Is it worth?
 

Hey SEO People I want your opinion about this:

I received email about link exchange stating:

"> I can offer you backlinks from the following sites :
>
> www.net-crawler.org PR: 5
> www.theworknet.com pr6"

I checked those URLs and there are lot of outgoing links, PageRank is pretty high 5 and 6.
One of those URLs (theworknet.com) has nothing similar to my Website theme (www.poker-boss.com). Now they are asking two backlinks at the top of my website in exchange. Those two links would point to different site then www.net-crawler.org and www.theworknet.com.

My question: Is it worth? Would it improve really my rankings?

Yes, those Website are higher PR rankings, but there are many outgoing links, and I don't find them really quality with content.

Imo: if the sites are not relevant to yours, then it really doesnt matter what their PR is. It wont help your sites. So I say no, not worth it. :2 cents:
