Really that's the secret to losing weight.. Having a metabolism and a healthy digestive system. Some fat you will never lose it depends on your age and how long you've had it and why you have it.. etc..

Exactly.... I have hell with my weight because I don't eat ENOUGH.... I so didn't even get that for so many years. In May of 2007 I was told I have Diabetes and I had to start eating more and better, it wasn't an option anymore.... I had to eat as many as 6 times a day and I thought I was going to die, and I STILL hate doing that shit..... I am not a food motivated person, so I don't like having to be obligated to eat so many damn times a day.

Take this pill, for example.... I cannot stand the taste of green tea, I love any other kind of tea, but green tea. BLAH!! So something like this works for someone like me, I still get the health benefits from it, but I don't have to suffer thru the nasty ass taste of it. :1orglaugh

Alot of things, if I know they are beneficial to my health or I NEED it and hate the taste of it, I'll go and find a vitamin form of it. lol
