Miami Beach -- Limiting the use of Homes for TV productions. (ADULT)
This looks like trouble.
http://cbs4.com/local/Mansion.Used.Porn.2.968114.html They want to limit the use of private homes for tv productions, and mainly to stop adult shoots. You could say Commissioner Sarnoff isn't buying it; on Thursday he plans to propose an ordinance to limit the use of private homes, such as Tamayo's for TV production. |
This will be trouble for sure.

There goes a lot of home-based businesses in Miami.
|
There goes the neighborhood!
|
housewife neighbors Ill bet, im sure their husbands dont mind LOL LOL
|
So much for privacy in your own home. If those homeowners pay their taxes, then wtf business is it of governments? If there is a zoning law violation, then proceed on those grounds! Otherwise it's bullshit.
|
"But Skip Braver, his next door neighbor, says what goes on inside Tamayo's home is upsetting."
Maybe "what goes on" inside YOUR home is upsetting to me. How about all those boxes you moved into your house, maybe there's satanic sculptures and stuffed kittens in them. Along with cameras and lighting to film your cult activities. I'll need to search your home ok there, Skippy? What a jerk. |
As long as production doesn't amount to crazy amount of cars coming in and out, I don't think it's anybody's business. Even then... a lot of people throw large parties every weekend which amounts to a crazy amount of cars... are they going to ban parties? What goes on at many parties I find a little disturbing...
|
That sucks!!!!!!!!
|
""I'm definitely not a commercial property whatsoever," he said. "And you're not going to find any evidence, any contract of me renting this house for anything"
"We also discovered a website advertising the house for rent for TV and film productions. Tamayo calls it a gimmick to get people to see his home. " lol dude should not be talking to the press |
Can they do that? I thought you were free to do whatever you want in your own house.
More and more the US seems like a comunist country to me. :2 cents: |
In LA, do you have to pull a permit to shoot in a home?
