I heard somewhere,they are adding a few thousand people because using private collectors didnt work out.

No they are adding 1000s more. Obama refuses to take a pay cut like he is making ceos. After all it was the last president that fucked everything up so this president should pay the price and take a drastic pay cut. Same with congress. But thats not the case.
