Great site to flip, use to build a network, anything really. Well developed.

Money ads contracts and sales are coming from LiveJasmin (popunder), Imlive (under video banner and Live Girls link), HornyMatches (link on top of videos), SexSearch and Fling (IM). PPS, CPM and CPC are: Loadboard top and bottom, right hand side skyscrappers, very botton banners, Escorts menu button, Free XXX menu button, Dating menu button. and interstital, inline ads. The affilate programs are with blackcrush, ulust, xxxblackbook, ebonyamateurmatch, SexInYourCity, Sexyplay, LifetimeBlackPass, Ebonyloveline. The CPM, CPC are with adultadworld, blacklabelads, adbrite.

I just recently started investing money into the website but only $20. When the website was first started I never used any money. I deposit $20 to my account with trafficholder.com and pick which sites (black) i want to advertise with and they charge me like $2.85 per 1000 clicks. When the $20 is over...they stop the campaign until i deposit more money.

Live ads are: ImLive.com under video banner (expires: Feb, 30th - they already say they will renew), HornyMatches.com (on top of video link, expired March 27th - They always renew), pcash (Live Girls link - expired Feb, 30th - they always renew), IM (fling, expired Feb 19th...they said they needed 2 more sales to renew). Some others didn't renew but I'm negotiating with other companies that contacted me now.

I only paid about $20/month on paid advertisements, I do not buy links...I do link trades - you put my link up i put yours up...look on the very bottom of the site and you will see them. I do not buy coders...If something is broken I fix it myself...if I need more features I do it myself...the code is templates, html and php...easy stuff.

TopFreaks.com is 7 1/2 months old and the total revenue for the 7 1/2 months = $56,598

BIN: $185k

Well, sry to hear about ur father being sick, hope he gets better. About the sites, it seems a really nice sale, hope it goes all right, but if don't find a buyer, and u keep the sites but have no time to deal with them, I would help keeping them up, for a nice percentage of the income.

LOL..the new owner killed the site. when I sold it was getting over 3 million visitors per month all organic from high traffic keyword and was making over $25k/month in revenue. No Joke. I've been trying to do the same with free porn search engine (http://www.pornexact.com) but failed. I got lucky with topfreaks.com really. Was doing that just after 8 months.
